As part of the service, we also inspected the rest of the garage door system. During the diagnostic, we found that the secondary garage door was unusually heavy to lift, indicating that the spring system was not providing the proper counterbalance. We showed Euler G the issue and explained why the door was difficult to operate.
After reviewing the condition of the secondary door, Euler G chose to have the spring replaced as well. We completed the spring replacement, tested both doors, and made sure the rollers, springs, and overall operation were working safely and smoothly.
