Before the visit

A few practical
questions.

What information should I have ready?

Your city, what the door is doing, whether it is open or closed, and whether a vehicle is trapped. A safely taken photo can help. You do not need to diagnose it first.

Can I compare a repair with replacement?

Yes. Discuss the fault, the door’s overall condition and the work each option needs. A new-door quote is confirmed after measurements and a site check.

Can I keep the door and replace only the opener?

That may be possible when the door is in suitable condition. Balance, travel and hardware are checked so a new motor is not compensating for a door problem.

How do I know the booking is confirmed?

Complete the booking details and check your confirmation. An incomplete request needs follow-up and is not a confirmed appointment. For a time-sensitive problem, call Wesley.
