I found Trinitron Garage Doors on Craigslist after his garage door stopped working properly. One of the cables had come out of place, several rollers needed to be put back into the track, and the spring needed to be re-tensioned.

Wesley was able to come out within a couple of hours and got everything working again for a very fair price. He also lubricated the door, checked everything over, and took the time to explain what had happened and what he was doing.

Wow Westley is so great and informative. And one the least expensive I have found in changing my torsion spring. He found out the previous door guy install the wrong size spring and reinstalled the correct one and line everything even offer to lube and check my other door for free. Wes is very knowledgeable and honest, highly recommend Trinitron Garage Doors. I contacted numerous companies about my zero clearance install with a door opener, the bids I received were saying they could “make it work” the standard way, which was impossible. Wes was the only one who analyzed the situation and said it needed a rear system with a jack shaft, plus he said he could add an opener on it , which is the only way I could go through with a new door and opener purchase.. Absolutely excellent experience with Wesley from Trinitron. I picked up a nice vintage garage door second hand and needed the opener mounted and the spring wound. I have a double garage door with two springs that needed to be replaced. After getting stuck in “research mode” across multiple platforms, I was finally ready to move forward and get it done. Initially, I contacted a few larger companies in the area and explained that I had a very full, dark garage that would need to be navigated. After jumping through hoops and receiving some pretty high estimates, I went back to the drawing board.

That’s when I saw a reply from Wesley on my post on a local neighborhood app. He was willing to take on the job and quoted me a much more affordable price than the other companies I had contacted. Wesley took the time to explain everything in great detail. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He gave me two options: repair the door or replace it. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each option, including the costs, benefits, and long-term results. Rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire door, he honestly recommended the repair option because he believed it would save me money while still providing a reliable, long-lasting solution.
Unfortunately, I later realized that his company is located in Renton, about a three-hour drive from where I live. I was disappointed because I really wanted him to do the repair.

For instance, I let him know I really didn’t want to change out my openers before they are broken. I reached out to the company through Facebook on Friday afternoon. Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me. Wes was polite and professional by phone made feel very comfortable hiring him to service my garage door opener.

Troubleshot my door opener and unfortunately I had to replaced the door opener. It was expected as I had my opener for about 15 years.
