Root cause and diagnosis
The two old wooden garage doors had aged and no longer provided the appearance, performance, or reliability the homeowners wanted. Replacing them with modern doors improved operation while giving the property a cleaner and more updated appearance.
The recorded project
Work performed and resolution
Gerry’s project involved replacing two old wooden garage doors at his home in Gig Harbor. The project included one 16x7 double door and one 9x7 single door, both with windows.
We removed the old doors and installed the two new doors carefully. Each one was adjusted, balanced, sealed, and tested to make sure it operated smoothly.
The new doors completely changed the appearance of the home and gave the property a much cleaner, more updated look. Everything went according to plan, and the job site was left clean when the installation was finished.

Gerry C. · July 20, 2026 · View original review ↗Wesley and Trinitron Garage Doors did an outstanding job replacing both of our old wood garage doors. We had a new 16x7 double door and a 9x7 single door installed, both with windows, and the transformation is incredible. The new doors completely changed the look of our home.
From the first estimate to the final installation, everything went exactly as promised. Wesley communicated with us every step of the way, showed up when he said he would, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. The old doors were removed, the new ones were installed professionally, and the job site was left clean when everything was finished.
It’s hard to find a contractor these days who is this honest, organized, and takes this much pride in their work. The entire project was seamless from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
If you’re looking for garage door replacement in Gig Harbor, I highly recommend Wesley and Trinitron Garage Doors. We would absolutely use them again.
