Rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire door, he honestly recommended the repair option because he believed it would save me money while still providing a reliable, long-lasting solution.
Unfortunately, I later realized that his company is located in Renton, about a three-hour drive from where I live. I was disappointed because I really wanted him to do the repair.
