Wesley took the time to explain everything in great detail. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He gave me two options: repair the door or replace it. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each option, including the costs, benefits, and long-term results. Rather than trying to persuade me to replace the entire door, he honestly recommended the repair option because he believed it would save me money while still providing a reliable, long-lasting solution.
Unfortunately, I later realized that his company is located in Renton, about a three-hour drive from where I live. I was disappointed because I really wanted him to do the repair.
However, he didn't stop helping me just because I lived too far away. He went out of his way to find two highly rated garage door companies near my area and recommended that I contact them. He even taught me exactly how to explain my garage door problem professionally, what type of repair I should ask for, and what a reasonable price should be.
I am truly grateful for everything he did for me. He spent his time helping me on the evening of July 4th, when he should have been enjoying the holiday with his family.
