After the garage door opener stopped working, I first helped troubleshoot the issue over the phone at no charge. When it was clear the older opener—about 15 years old—needed replacement, we scheduled an 8 AM service visit the next morning in Federal Way.
After diagnosing the opener on site, I helped them choose a replacement, picked it up locally, and installed it the same visit. I made the needed adjustments, tested the door and safety features, and left the garage clean with everything running smoothly again.

Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me. Wes was polite and professional by phone made feel very comfortable hiring him to service my garage door opener.
Wes kept in touch of his arrival times and showed up on time. Most pleasant person I’ve worked with in a very long time. Kind, polite, HONEST, professional. Troubleshot my door opener and unfortunately I had to replaced the door opener. It was expected as I had my opener for about 15 years. Wes was honest about pricing the job, drove to Lowe’s, purchased the door opener of my liking and installed it within an hour. Left me with a fully functional and clean garage.
