Had a great experience with Wesley from Trinitron. He gave us an estimate over the phone and came out the next day. He was thorough and even gave me some advice on how to maintain the doors and make them last longer. Would highly recommend!

Root Cause
Both torsion springs needed replacement because the door was difficult to operate and the spring system was not providing reliable counterbalance. A new pair of properly sized springs restored balanced operation.
