I found Trinitron Garage Doors on Groupon and scheduled a garage door maintenance service because my door had been running pretty rough. Wesley arrived on time, inspected everything thoroughly, and quickly found that the bearings on my extension spring system were worn out. He replaced them, adjusted the track, lubricated all the moving parts, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

The difference was incredible—the garage door runs like it’s brand new again. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what was wrong instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Wesley and Trinitron Garage Doors!

I reached out to the company through Facebook on Friday afternoon. Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me. Wes was polite and professional by phone made feel very comfortable hiring him to service my garage door opener.
Wes kept in touch of his arrival times and showed up on time. Most pleasant person I’ve worked with in a very long time. Kind, polite, HONEST, professional. Troubleshot my door opener and unfortunately I had to replaced the door opener. It was expected as I had my opener for about 15 years. Wes was honest about pricing the job, drove to Lowe’s, purchased the door opener of my liking and installed it within an hour. Left me with a fully functional and clean garage. Great person to work with and will definitely hire him for my next project.
