I reached out to the company through Facebook on Friday afternoon. Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me.
