I found Trinitron Garage Doors on Craigslist after his garage door stopped working properly. One of the cables had come out of place, several rollers needed to be put back into the track, and the spring needed to be re-tensioned.

Wesley was able to come out within a couple of hours and got everything working again for a very fair price. He also lubricated the door, checked everything over, and took the time to explain what had happened and what he was doing.

I reached out to the company through Facebook on Friday afternoon. Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me. Wes was polite and professional by phone made feel very comfortable hiring him to service my garage door opener.
Wes kept in touch of his arrival times and showed up on time. Most pleasant person I’ve worked with in a very long time. Kind, polite, HONEST, professional. Troubleshot my door opener and unfortunately I had to replaced the door opener. It was expected as I had my opener for about 15 years. Wes was honest about pricing the job, drove to Lowe’s, purchased the door opener of my liking and installed it within an hour. Left me with a fully functional and clean garage. Great person to work with and will definitely hire him for my next project.
