During the inspection, we found that the garage door had a crack that needed reinforcement. We installed a support strut to strengthen the damaged section and help prevent the crack from worsening. We also found that the track was loose, which was affecting alignment and causing issues with the safety sensor eyes. In addition to replacing the springs, we secured and adjusted the loose track, checked the sensor alignment, and tested the full system. Once the repairs were complete, the garage door was operating smoothly, safely, and reliably again.
