Wes is very knowledgeable and honest, highly recommend Trinitron Garage Doors. I contacted numerous companies about my zero clearance install with a door opener, the bids I received were saying they could “make it work” the standard way, which was impossible. Wes was the only one who analyzed the situation and said it needed a rear system with a jack shaft, plus he said he could add an opener on it , which is the only way I could go through with a new door and opener purchase.. I reached out to the company through Facebook on Friday afternoon. Wes responded to me about 15 min or so late later and attempted to troubleshoot my non functioning garage door over the phone at no cost. When all options were exhausted he scheduled the service visit the next morning at 8am, as it was the most convenient to me. Wes was polite and professional by phone made feel very comfortable hiring him to service my garage door opener.
Wes kept in touch of his arrival times and showed up on time. Most pleasant person I’ve worked with in a very long time. Kind, polite, HONEST, professional. Troubleshot my door opener and unfortunately I had to replaced the door opener. It was expected as I had my opener for about 15 years. Wes was honest about pricing the job, drove to Lowe’s, purchased the door opener of my liking and installed it within an hour. Left me with a fully functional and clean garage. Great person to work with and will definitely hire him for my next project.
